Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training for the Catholic Community

Aboriginal Catholic Ministry is looking forward to a fantastic 2017 with our Catholic community engagement and celebration of Aboriginal people, culture and faith.

Each term they will be running Catholic Cultural Immersion Workshops and Training in conjunction with the Centre for Faith Enrichment. For Term 1 the focus will be on Relationships Together.

Our Relationship Together: Aboriginal Cultural Awareness Training

Co-facilitated by Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal Catholics, this workshop is an important foundation in understanding Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their experiences past, present and future. It begins a journey of reconciliation so that our communities can be beacons of light for justice and understanding.
