TOPIC: ACTIVITIES & GETTING AROUND

Students will continue to build on the fundamental language skills they have learnt in Year 7 Japanese. The subsequent topics include learning to; say the days of the week and months of the year; hobbies, sports and abilities; getting around (transport and places). These topics will help students continue to develop their skills for basic communication in terms of the Outcomes: Listening and Responding; Spoken Interaction; Viewing, Reading and Responding; and Writing.

Students will be required to use the Obento Deluxe Workbook they used in Year 7.  If the student workbook is not in a good condition, students will be required to purchase a new workbook.

Year 8 Indonesian

TOPIC: FAMILY LIFE & PERSONAL DETAILS

Students will continue to build on the fundamental language skills they have learnt in Year 7 Indonesian. The subsequent topics include learning to; tell the time, speak about family environments, describe yourself, body and personal details. These topics will help students continue to develop their skills for basic communication in terms of the Outcomes: Listening and Responding; Spoken Interaction; Viewing, Reading and Responding; and Writing.

Students will be required to use the Bagus Sekali 1 Workbook they used in Year 7.  If the student workbook is not in a good condition, students will be required to purchase a new workbook.
