Parents and Friends

The Mater Dei Parents and Friends Association (P&F) aims to promote healthy and meaningful partnerships between parents, students, parish, school and the broader community. As part of our mission we provide material assistance for the purchase of resources for the school and students, as well as providing opportunities for social contact among parents of the school and the Parish.

Mater Dei College has a very active and committed Parents and Friends Association. The Association meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30 pm in the College Boardroom and all parents are most welcome.

Activities

The P&F can only be successful if it receives the support and help of parents and as such we appreciate and encourage you to offer your support to all our endeavours. The sense of community and pride at our school is fostered not only by the staff, students and administration of the school but also by the parents who are actively involved in the school community and who promote the College in the broader community. The P & F levy charged to all parents at the commencement of each year is used to directly fund specific projects at the school which enhance the facilities available to students.

Membership

Membership of the Mater Dei P&F is open to parents of students attending Mater Dei College and to all friends interested in the school.
